This is a dumb question...

but I wasn't able to find an answer by searching. I was curious what do the large # represent on the rear shocks of the 300E? For example: mine displays a large, white 5 and another pair I picked up at the junk yard displays a white 2.

Like I said, it's a dumb question!

Maybe softer shock and heavy duty.

There are no dumb questions.

What you want to know is probably what others also want to know but are too afraid to ask.

Thank you, very kind. I don't think we have found the answer yet!
