I need to replace keyless lock with keyed one

back again Im changing doors on my wifes car (accident ) The door I bought is keyless the door in my wifes car uses a key . What do I
need to swap out if any ? Thanks Greg

I think it's 5mm for the set screw on the edge of the door.
