just bought a 1985 190e. Replaced the fuel divider and fuel consumption is way too high. Its eating exactly 1 litre per km please help. also difficult to start once it has been running

1) Where are you located, or more specifically, is the car a KAT or non-KAT emission.
2) Mileage
3) Condition of spark plugs (wet?)
