Contemplating DIY M140 engine replacement 95 e320

M104 engine. Duh!
Any good DIY links or tips if I decide to put a used engine in my Benz?

I think engines must match trans.Like a 96,an97 engine and trans is different from the 98,an 99.

Thanks I kind of figured out what engines I need. I was thinking more the practical side of getting a hoist and pulling the engine. Do I do it with the tranny? Without the tranny? I assume I would put in new mounts. Etc

I pull em out with the tranny attached and can typically get one out in about 4 and 5 hours.
