Fuel lines under chassis and rear end

Do I need to drop the rear end to access the fuel lines under the chassis to replace them? It looked like one line is clearly accessible but the remaining others are snaked above the differential and are held in place with rubber ties that are attached to the chassis floor above.
Has anyone installed fuel lines from the tank to the front? What was your procedure?

Well, upon closer inspection it looks like I will have to drop the differential.
Any pointers on a hassle free procedure to do so?
