San Diegans: I need help finding a space to do an engine swap!

Hi everyone, [x-post from diesel discussion]
I'm considering doing a full engine swap instead of replacing my cracked head (1987 300TD)... I have a good engine available (actually from a member here, who would help me do the swap if this works out).

What I don't have right now is a non-curbside space to do the job (I recently moved to San Diego). I don't think it needs to be covered overhead. If anyone can help out or can advise, let me know!! I would be happy to trade for computer/tech consulting/repair/lessons, which is what I'm best at - I'm an aspiring mechanic but have lots to learn.

Thanks in advance!

Daniel
