Regarding E-Bay

Tom, you mentioned that Ebay feedback means nothing. I have been looking at Ebay vehicles for some time, but have never bid on anything, although I have been tempted.

Have you had bad experience? Why does feedback not tell the story? Do you think that bad experience with Ebay is the norm when it comes to cars? Thanks in advance.
