M103 Intake manifold & M104 fuel rail Q's

Well.....I tried to avoid a new thread but, I still ned confirmation on a few things......

I need another intake manifold to install the M104 fuel rail on prior to liquid LP injection happening up ahead. My IM injector holes were welded for LPG mixer set up which I'm now not doing. So, I have located a 260E manifold.

Q1: Are M103 260E & 300E intake manifolds interchangeable? The same part?

Q2: Could someone pls confirm if any M104 fuel rails will fit the M103 engine for EFI install. I need one for the LPI install. I have located both a C280 & S320 fuel rail. Are these basically the same? Can use either?

Thanks heaps

The brackets for the 104 rail wont line up to anything but the injector positions do line up. So if you can fabricate another method of holding it down it will work. Depending on your injectors you may have to fab some adapters to seal them in the intake. All of the 104 rails should be the same even if differing slightly in construction. I'd think all of the 103 intakes should be the same but I don't know for certain. If anything the 2.6 may have smaller runners but physically it should interchange. Just measure the runners and compare them to the 3.0 ports.

Thanks! Yeah, fabbing a bracket is the least hassle I have lol. I will take to the junkyard the IM off mine & compare.

cheers
