W126 Glovebox Arm removal?
Ok, I've got the wood trim off but how in the world does one take these two little arms off?
(I'm need to remove them in order to get it to fit in the G-wagen but I don't want to break them off)

The arms lift out from their slots. Before you get them out, you need to remove the four screws hidden by the carpet kick panel that secure the door to the dashboard. Just lift the arms up - they are held by their own shape.

The entire lid is out right now. When you say lift out do you mean pull up or push them towards the front/back of the panel?

I wish I still had mine out; I'd have experimented when putting it on.
