W203 with the 2.6 or the 3.2?
Hi everyone:
Will soon be time to go car shopping again, and am considering a 2004-05 W203. Drove an earlier C-class and a 190E and was happy with them. Have done some reading on here, and it seems that 04-05 was a good year for these cars (found a post in which MBDOC highly regarded them, so it must be so!!). Just wondering what others think of the 240 vs. the 320? It seems that more nods seem to go to the 320, but is there any significant difference between the 2.6l M112 and the ol' trusty 3.2 M112? Major differences in gas mileage between the two? Because I live in the Midwest, am definitely going to get one with 4matic. Any major complaints with the AWD system on the later models? Would you guys suggest shelling out the extra $ for an extended warranty? Will definitely be a possibility, but not sure. Thanks for your feedback ... your counsel is always appreciated!!

So I'm guessing that you wouldn't recommend a 240 then?
