'92 Mercedes 300TE

I'm needing to retrofit from factory R-12 to the R134-A.
Does Peach parts sell the R-134-A ports & accumulator? how many ounces of refrigerant required in this system? I looked under hood and sticker so old no longer able to read
thx, 4bnbad Will I feel a noticeable difference going to the newer less efficient
R-134-A? I live where not uncommon for temps to reach 125 F in summer
