Have no idea how you hooked it up....
But this is much more clearer how it should be connected, ignore the wiring colors, go with the lock/unlock relay pin#s on the dwg. instead.

You need to go into setup in your unit for 3 second delay.

EDIT: Don't forget to cut the wire between pin 87 (lock) & pin 87 (unlock) relays.
