Noise coming from front end W201

Noise coming from front end W201

I have a squeaky noise coming from the right front end of the car when i turn the steering wheel. What could this be? If i turn the steering wheel back and forth, the noise kinda makes the sqeaky door noise but only from the front passanger side.
