420SEL no power to blower motor
If I dont get power to the blower motor, and I have a good fuse, are we suspecting a bad pushbutton controller or could it be the electronic blower motor fan speed controller? 1989 420 sel

Could only be the fuse, the module or the blower. I just changed the module on my 300E. The blower was stuck, needed oil, and probably over heated the module and burnt it out. I bought a brand new one on Ebay for $75. Works great now. The module is located under the blower motor.

No Power!
Just had this problem!
Thought it was a bad Climate Control Panel but it turned out to be a the electrical part of my ignition switch. Wires got too hot, melted my fuse holder and burned part of my ignition switch. Result: No power to the blower! New part solved the issue. |
