ABS Block Questions

Hey everyone,

I am still on the hunt for my brake system problem. My stock 300D (with dry rot rear soft rubber lines)'s pedal feel SUBSTANTIALLY more firm than my 190E.

Here are setup details. I've returned the car to the original setup it was at when I bought it.

190E 2.6 Master Cylinder (2 Months Old)
190E 2.6 Booster (Original)
E420 Front Calipers (<1 year old)
SL600 Rear Calipers (3 Months Old)
WRXtra Stainless Steel Flex Lines (<2 Months old)
R1 Concepts Slotted Rotors
Akebono Euro pads.

The system has been bled, by me, multiple times with the Motive Power Bleeder at 30PSI. Quarts of fluid have been pushed through.

My shop replaced two hardlines when I had them install the final two SS line that I could not. They, too, bled the system.

So everything, except the ABS unit has been replaced.

This leads to my questions:

What are the failure modes of the ABS block?
Can it be bypassed ?

Somewhere around 2007 I had a high speed incident when exiting a freeway where a sway bar link (plastic) snapped going around a corner and the rear end kicked out hardcore. The 190 did a few 360 degree spins and ended up on the other side of the on ramp area. Only damage to the 190E was the plastic bumper cover.

During this event, I am fairly sure my foot was firmly firmly to the floor.

Could such an event, and such a braking activity harm the ABS unit?

Something has to be inhibiting fluid flow to the calipers.
