87 560sec The alarm won't reset, help!
I replaced the battery and the factory alarm is sounding off!
I use the master key, close & lock all doors and trunk. the alarm continues to sound off any ideas. the car has been sitting a while

You can disconnect it. Under the passenger side front carpet there is a plastic panel, remove it, and unplug the box that says "VDO" on it. This disables the alarm system.

87 560SEC Alarm wont turn off
What does the VDO relay look like and will the car run normally when disconnected.
