1992 300ce low idle issue

The idle does not increase when the a/c is activated from the dash. The care was just tuned to stop a stalling issue. It would seam electrical. Any ideas? Low idle 500 with a/c on 600 without, both in drive. 750 to 800 in park

Thanks

Idle should be about 650rpm at almost all times(warm engine), has anyone messed with the accelerator cable to make the idle higher?

The idle contact switch MUST signal that position for the idle to remain stable.
