Head Lights Part II

HELP!!! I have a low beam out on the passenger side... all light checked on driver side and lights do work... again i have no low beam only on the passenger side. I have checked voltage and voltage is the same for low and high beam (12.4v) on both sides...

Vehicls is a 83 Benz US
