hmmmm; haven't had to take that off. I suspect it's attached in some straightforward way to the door panel. Just take the panel off; I'll bet it's apparent upon inspection. Door panel comes off by unplugging the lighter and light on bottom of door, unscrewing the doorlock pull, removing the two screws under the arm rest, pulling the black plastic cover plate from behind the interior door handle/pull, the screw holding the door handle/pull (which you'll see when you pull the plastic cover plate, a third screw holding the top of the door handle on, and the two screws holding the chrome surround on the leading edge of the door around the pin that goes in to the striker. If it's a back door, you need to also unscrew the plastic trim on the top/back of the door over the triangle window. Then gently pull up and out on the door panel; it's held on by a few downward facing plastic tabs, and the top of the panel holds on to a metal lip running along the top of the door frame. Disclaimer; your vehicle may be the older type, in which case the panel may be held on a a series of plastic tension clips around the door panel; use a paint scraper or other similar tool and wedge it between the door frame and panel, starting on the bottom somewhere (because it's easiest). Good luck!
