Can't get window motor drive splines back into gear box!
 

So, did the slide bushing replacement without too much blood ...just pulled the motor off the gear box to get the assembly out ...now I can't get the motor shaft splines to mesh well enough to slide back down into the gear box fully so I can reinstall the two Torx head bolts ...

Is there a process? Should I energize the motor via the switch to spin it back in I which direction? Should I push it harder down into the gear box? Should the window be up or down?

Thanks - got it, finally - just rotated the spring loaded crank and moved things around and it finally slipped in ...what a PITA!
