I am fairly new here, but have already benefited from the resources here, especially Berry Rice. I bought my my '95 E320 TE back in Sept with 76k miles on it, but needing some attention. It was a FL car until '04 (which also meant no ASR

, but no heated seats

), it was on it's 2nd owner, who was not a stickler for recommended maintenance. He told me that the only known issue was the "AC fan did not work", and a quick test drive confirmed that along with tired suspension, but overall, not too bad. I did a quick PPI myself before buying, and one of the things that sold me was seeing a 2001 date tag on the main harness.
The one thing I did miss was evidence of oil in the coolant tank; I bit the bullet and had a local reputable shop here near Mpls do the headgasket service, along with new hoses, belts, fan clutch, and water pump. I tackled the fan, which turned out to be a bad regulator, but discovered that I don't have floor heat. Some research pointed to the vacuum actuator for the floor flaps, which sounds like it is the easiest to access, which it was, but I just replaced it, and there is still no floor heat, and no actuation of this pod when I select floor heat.
Any other items that I should look at? Do certain functions of the ACC controller fail, while others still work?
