1999 E320 power windows

I recently had muffler work done on the car. The mechanic disconnected the battery before he did welding. I had to reset my radio but all my windows now hesitate going back up. They work fine opening, problem is closing.
How do I reset? or ??

Roll each window down and then back up, when going up, hold the button until the window stops and for a couple of extra seconds. You'll hear a little click which is the reset happening.

The windows (and sunroof) need to be recalibrated. The window switches are actually five-position switches.

Middle is off, normal resting position.
Back one position (very soft touch) is down.
Forward one position (very soft touch) is up.
Back two positions (mashing it) is express down.
Forward two positions (mashing it) is express up.

The one-touch positions are the ones that will not work properly until things are recalibrated, and you have to do the recalibration for each window.
