torque converter leak

I just replaced the radial seal behind the torque converter, still have the leak? The transmission is of unknown mileage, but functions well. The car has close to 200K, a 85 190D, not the original transmission., maybe original torque converter?

There is a noticeable wear ring on the torque converter where the old seal rides.

With the car running I can see fluid coming from the area just aft of the converter.

Do I need to replace the converter, o-ring behind the pump itself? How difficult is it to remove the pump to replace the o-ring?

Should I replace, look at anything else?

Thanks for any help
