1994 C180 Ignition problem

My C180, model 1994 done 60,000KM.

Ignition switch does not turn. A day before, engine had idle problem, it use to cut-off at idle. Short test result says "engine wiring harness" & "coil wiring" faulty.

However, it looks as if there is a problem with ign. switch. Please advise.
