Clunking with Flexdisk

Hi there, my w124 diesel wagon makes a noise before and after a transmission mount replacement. It's frequency increases with speed so I had a feeling it was related to the flexdisk or driveshaft.

It's only a little better since replacing the transmission mount but I noticed a place where the flexdisk is contacting the top of the body of the car and creating a wear spot. It only makes the noise shifting from 1st to 2nd.

I'm wondering if it is either the mounts are sagging and projecting the flexdisk upward or maybe is it the carrier bearing.

Thoughts on this please.

John
