question about taillights on C,CL,and SLK

i don't know much about mercedes and i want to know if all those taillights look the same or which ones are differerent from one another. i have an 01 civic and was wondering if i could do a swap with the help of some bondo and cutting.

along with that question, where would be the best place to find new/used taillights, assuming they could be fitted into my car.
