MB alignments are height dependant! That is why "most" alignment shops don't have specs for rear camber.
There are specs but they are different for different ride heights & must be programmed into alignment depending on measured ride height. The readings you have are for a VERY lowered car! Less than -2 deg of camber won't cause excessive tire wear, but the -3 deg in the rear will cause tire wear.
