Might want to check to make sure you have proper spark plugs. ONLY Bosch F8DC4 or non plat non resister equivalent. The M104 uses a waste spark ignition system--anything other than non resistor non platinum spark plugs will almost certainly cause idle/run problems.

Turned out i had a bad Spark Plug connector that was shorting to the block. That's why i had the misfires
Got my spark plugs and wire set today and the engine runs very smooth.
I still get the occasional ASR light on and no throttle at startup, but BBA got my ETA today and i should have it back early next week.
Got the E-GAS as well, in case the new ETA will not fix the ASR issue...

van Sway, thanks for the suggestion, the plugs i isntalled, platinum +4 where pretty black, the new Boschs work a lot better.

If you don't know the history of the OVP, replace it on principal.

You have looked at the ball joints?

Problem Solved.
Thanks everyone for the feedback and advises.

My problem is what everyone normally has with these cars at this age.
Throttle Body with damaged insulation - Fixed by BBA
Shorted E-GAS module as a result of defective ETA - Used E-GAS installed/works like a charm

No more ASR light or rough idle.

It now has new/correct Bosch spark plugs
New spark plugs wires
New/Used Coils
Reconditioned Fuel injectors
New fuel Pressure regulator
Good ETA with warranty

OVP is here, just have to replace it

I'll post some videos with the suspension work i've done and fuel injector servicing

MEPEH: I know this thread is beginning to get old but I just wanted to stop by and say Nice Job! You followed many people's suggestions, replaced the right parts with quality parts and you'll have a great car for a long time to come!
I wish I had time to start installing the $1700 of replacement parts I have collecting for my wagon.
Enjoy!
