Ok thanks. I wonder if I could also get a used one at a junk yard, but then again its a 50/50 chance I'm taking......also, it could be possible my MAS is fine. I haven't gotten any CEL codes. and everything seems to be functioning fine.....its just that rare time the car stops

Which is why you could run some tests to see if you are losing power to the pumps.

I agree. Maybe it was already mentioned but one test I can think of is you could hook up a light in parallel to the power that runs the pumps..so when the power to the pumps go out...so does your light bulb.
