I would start by the most obvious.
1) check for coolant leak and condition of hoses (colapsed? 2) have your rad. cap tested for pressure. 3) Make sure the system is completely purged of air 4) Check thermostat 5) have the coolant analysed for presence of combustion gases. If all of the above is perfect, start praying...... and thnk about water pump?? blocked radiator??? fault head gasket, cracked head/cylinder block (very unlikely if combustions gase test is negative) Good luck. let us know what you found JackD |
