Is there any body out there that can check my vin number for records in MBUSA, for services at a dealer, i want to know what how many malles at the last service record, according to carfax the car , a 89 560SL, was register in NJ an it had 120000+ in 1991, i got the car in south america in 2002, now it only shows 65000 milles, could carfax be wrong? did some one tamper with my speedo? Does MBUSA keeps records of services performed on cars? The car runs pretty good, it looks like new, i am very happy but,you know how it works, there is never too much information.

I had this run on my car last week when I had the tires balanced and an alignment.

It only shows work that was done under factory recall or warranty - original factory, Starmark Warranty, or otherwise.

It will not show any regular maintenance and repairs done outside of warranty or factory recall.

Mine was about two pages long, and showed the engine wiring harness replaced, power steering pump, etc.
