I am not sure what this is

I have checked on Alldata etc and cannot seem to find what this is and how to remove it?

That looks like the top of the radiator. I dont think you do remove it. It looks like you remove that core support cross piece. (three hex bolts to the left)

I removed bolts and these pieces seem to be holding the cross piece on

They might just be snug in place with the radiator, might need a firm tug.

That is just a rubber bushing to keep the radiator from rattling. My 190 has them too. The oval rings are the bushing, the center black plastic knob is just a tab sat on top of the radiator and then pinched in on the sides.

I pried up gently and broke a piece. The Mb round piece seems to rotate...not sure
