Hi, I am new to the forum & need help from anyone who can tell me why the dash gauges on my wife's 92 300e suddenly & overnight stopped working. There is no gas, oil pressure, engine temp, tach at all. This car has 236,000 miles on it, runs & drives great. At the exact same time the gauges stopped, a buzzing from a relay behind the fuse box began. The relay part# is 201 821 00 47. I replaced this relay but still have the very same buzzing sound. There are lights from the panel, just no readouts. Turn signals, flashers, etc all work fine. Can anyone help me with this or has anyone experienced this also? Thank you for any help, Eddie P.S. The panel on her car does NOT have the "economy" gauge at the bottom of the gauge layout.

Seems to be your wiper/flasher relay. Others with the same problem of no dash lights find its a bad fuse and/or a dirty ground connection. Probably nothing wrong with your existing relay.
If you dont have a full set of copper/brass element fuses, that is the first place I would start.
