Mainly different options offered and in former days differences in lighting. Euro market often could get cloth seats, different interior colors, simpler climate control, and different engine/transmission combinations that what were offered in the NA market. Is there a specific platform or era you're looking at?

Yeah, you'd have to narrow it down to a decade or a few models. Not all the euro changes were the same for all models.

Or search.

Are you asking if there is/was a build quality difference between the 2 markets? I don't believe so. The only differences between the markets were engines/safety equipment/interior appointments.

The non-US models ranged from basic stripped down models to the full luxe models that were sold in the US. Smaller engines helped avoid VAT charges in various nations. The non-US lighting system is generally considered superior to the US DOT units at the time, including the units that have beam height adjusters to compensate for passenger and cargo loading. The headlights also had "city" light bulbs and the rears were allowed to have the fog bulb wired.
