87 560sel Diy links for engine etc?

So I'm a big preventative maintenance person and like to read on my cell at work (on my cell now please excuse the spelling etc) I'm super busy and have 4 kids under three (just had twins almost 2 months old :-)) could I possibly get some help with someone posting Diy link for me to browse on. I have Google alot but prefer peach parts info and that guy Jonathan. I read a few of his post. The search function on peach parts doesn't quite work on my cell.
Again thanks and please don't bash me I promise I'm telling the truth.

Looking for valve job info
Timing stuff
Anything for mpg (running right maybe more hp)

First thing I'm gonna do is check injector seals and run 1/4 tank with 5 bottles of injection cleaner (costco)
I owened a 300e so I know about the non resistor spark plugs (nology racing makes some)
Going to do a sea foam flush (oil and intake manifold)
Going to run amsoil with prolong

Think I'm gonna stop my thumbs hurt :-)
