Need some assisstance. Spark plug gaping.

Hi guys. I have been given a 1985 280SE Grey market car. I do believe the plugs have been fouled. i am about to replace the plugs but cannot find the gap needed for my new plugs. I have the M110 Mercedes book but cannot seem to locate the spec. I am sure it is in there somewhere...What is the recommended gap for a bone stock 1985 280SE?

The Owner's Manual should list the proper spark plug and gap. Best to use only the spark plugs that MB specifies.

Just curious - what document or label has the spark plug part number but not the gap?
