560SL needs a new blinker unit

My 560SL has blinkers that stay on, and do not flash when being used. I need to replace the blinker unit, but don't know where it's located. I searched the ARCHIVES, but didn't find anything relevant.

Can someone please tell me where I can find it on the the car to replace it.

I'd appreciate any help.

Mark

Many times this problem is related to the HAZZARD switch not returning properly. TRY turning on/off this switch several times with some force & see if the blinker problem goes away.
