Need quick: SLS shock/spring removal
My daily driver 560 caught fire the other day, I only have 2 days to salvage what I can from it before its off to the crusher. I need the SLS shocks and springs off of it to swap into my new one that the old owner removed them on (I do a lot of towing and SLS is basically required).
From the DIYs it looks like a spring compressor is not required, and I can just unbolt the subframe and shocks while its supported with jacks. Can someone summarize the exact procedure please? I have no need to keep things in alignment or reassemble, so any shortcuts would be helpful as well. Thank you.
