which plugs for 87 300E? H9DC or H9DCO?

I have 15K miles on my plugs and will change them soon. I usually put Bosch H9DCs in but a while back I thought someone noted H9DCOs were better/heavy duty. Are they better and do they cost more?
Thanks.
