Suddenly the engine want start . Ignition works. Maybe fuel pump? Do i hear the pump running when ignition on? Help....

Thanks for your help so far. Had to move vehicle of the street today and tried to start engine again and engine run on "fumes" for a fraction of a second only.
Here is what I have checked: 1. Ignition is fine - the plug get a good spark 2. no power supply at pump while trying to start engine 3. plug the pump relay - no corrosion have no spare relay to try out. Any other way to check power supply to pump? tks, Marcel |

Thanks for your help. Today I took the time to check everything including the fuel pump relais. I found a broken solder connection and fixed it. That was all it took. However, a new relais is on the way.... just in case.
