Mercedes E-class W210 AC system oil capacity
Hello,
I'm going to replace the compressor, drier and the short line between the condenser and drier on a MY 2000 E-class. However - I'm not able to find any information regarding how much oil should be added to the system when replacing these parts. I had a chart somewhere, but can't find it anymore.. System takes PAG46 oil.

When you evacuate the system measure the amount of oil removed and replace that amount plus 10cc's for a new compressor.

8.5OZ for PAG-46 oil.
Be sure to have a gauge handy. I don't know what kind of container PAG-46 oil comes in. I'm sure it's a can, if it is a can buy a can with a gauge. Last edited by jake12tech; 05-28-2014 at 06:13 PM. Reason: spelling
