1995 E300 seat back rest issue
The car has electric seats and I got in it today, hit the memory button for me and the back rest is out of alignment. Seems like the back is twisted a bit. The back rest seems to be leaning a bit farther back at the inboard point than on the out board point . This is the drivers seat.
Any ideas? Are there gears, Screw drive? Can parts be replaced or is this a salvage yard issue?

1cable might of pulled out of motor , or motor might be bad , motor drives two cables, sometimes it comes loose internal like a clutch one side turns and the other slips, to diagnose you will need to remove seat to see anything, replace as needed cable, motor , or broken gear .
