The clamps on the ductwork require a 7mm NOT 8mm
I’ve just replaced move that was squealing and searching and it now works perfectly. Thanks for the write up

Durn I just pulled one out to send for rebuild (at over 330k miles) and removed the complete intake manifold. Thanks for the link.
