has anyone had any experience changing the fan blower in a w123 ('79 300D)? How about the driver's side window regulator and motor? Thanks, Joe at The Agency jjfpi@msn.com

The blower motor should be located under the passenger side lower dash panel. After lowering the dash panel, you should be able to remove the blower motor with relative ease and few tools. Be sure it is the blower motor that is faulty and not a switch or blower motor regulator assembly.
As for the driver side window regulator; this replacement is a bit more difficult for the do-it-yourselfer. Though most mechanically inclined people could get through it in their driveway on a long Saturday afternoon. Good luck. Benzmac |
