2005 C55 Intake Manifold Gaskets Any DIY Info? Please Help

Nobody seems to know anything about this? The lower intake manifold hose just snapped from age on my C55 and for the heck of me I can not find a DIY tutorial on how to replace the intake gaskets. I have found a thread that goes over the manifold hose inside and how much of a risk it is to try and fix of but nothing on the gaskets and removing the intake. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks (Maybe just a do it yourself on intake install?) One more thing, I also need the torque specs if possible. Thanks
