W140 S320 Washer Reservoir Replacement

Hello ! '97 S320 - To remove the washer reservoir, ALLDATA says one must remove the bumper (& of course the right headlight assembly). Can anyone confirm this ? ALLDATA doesn't show how to remove the bumper (perfect). I do see where it must be removed from below. I don't yet know if it's leaking - PO says it is.
