Upshift delay and vacuum
Hi, I been trying to verify some of the vacuum connections near the firewall and got stuck. There are plenty of diagrams across the web, but none so far, do match what I got underneath the hood.
The part I am tinkering with, is the line that comes off the intake manifold and winds up in a three way splitter. Two of the three way ports have a two way check valves ea. attached. There is one SOV for the upshift delay. I believe that the check valve has one port connected to the vacuum reservoir and the second port goes to the SOV. The other side of the SOV goes to the kick-down cable with actuator. The second port of the three way splitter has another two way check valve attached. This one I believe goes to the in dash vent flaps. From the dash, I believe, is a light green and a white vacuum line coming. There is also a red/grey or red/white line. I have no Idea where this one is coming from and what it does. But I believe it attaches to the two way check valve. The white one goes directly into the three way splitter, I assume. Is there anyone that may have a 95 E320 W124 with the M104.992 in it and can confirm the above? Or perhaps, someone has the correct vacuum diagram for this model, again I have diagrams out of my ears, but none is matching my vehicle. Thanks!
