Running warmer than usual prior to repairs

Replaced my T-stat, radiator, cap, hoses, coolant reservoir on my '90 300ce and seems to running warmer (90 to 100) than before (80 to 90). Is it especially important to run Mercedes radiator fluid? Just replaced motor and looks like indie put in regular blue stuff.

Any ideas on why this would happen or I am just imagining a future problem?
