2006 E350 fuel issue

Hi guys.Hope to get a little clarification on the fuel pump system on a 06 E350.Background is car died on highway.Checked fuel rail,no gas at port.Car runs with carb cleaner sprayed in throttlebody.Questions I have there are supposedly 2 pumps, right and left. How can I tell which one is bad? Also can someone point me to a fuel pump relay loacation for this vehicle? vin # WDBUF56J86A830157.

There is only 1 pump, located under rear seat, covers at left and right side , pump is located at right side, wires run at left side , take voltage sample at left larger wires run pump smaller are for sending unit, just stab wire with test light, should light up during cranking,if pezev tank, warr has been extended as f/p not available seperatly for pezev tank, relay is in left rear sam/fuse box

FUEL gauge sending units are left and right sides, filter incorporated at left, fuel pump at right, pump connections attach at left side of tank via long plastic lines to right well of fuel tank, all testing done at left side
