86 300E - center vent closes on aceleration

I suspect my 86 300E has some vacuum leaks in the elements controlling some of the ACC flaps.
1) Under aceleration my center vent stops blowing and air comes from the defrost vents.
2) Recirculation is inoperative
Any suggestions?
